Our Vision on Social Areas

Baobab Domains has four terraced levels incorporating bungalows and a 3-floor main building with apartments and stunning penthouses. This ‘terraced’ style of construction ensures all apartments have unique views.  The whole building is surrounded by lush greenery. Many of the walls will be constructed from local volcanic stones to blend in with the natural landscape, while colourful sub-tropical flora will surround the project with a spectacle of luxuriant greenery.

Our Vision on Maintenance Costs

The Baobab concept guarantees maintenance with a high level of staff performance and efficiency. Maintenance of the complex will be supervised by our partner company, Rent2ndhometenerife, thus providing optimal efficiency and minimising the number of staff required.

Consequently, this system will ultimately lead to reduced maintenance expenses for you, the owner.

The pool bar and clubhouse will be independently owned and operated by individuals who will not only add their proficiency and expertise to Baobab Domains, but will also assume the cost of these services, thus further reducing maintenance costs for each individual Domain owner.

At Baobab Domains all of the materials used in communal areas have been chosen not only for aesthetic reasons but also for their ease of maintenance. Most of the gardens are self-sustaining and a significant proportion of the energy used in communal areas is sourced from solar power.

Our Vision on the architecture

There are more than 40 styles of property within Baobab Domains, offering 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. Even the smallest apartment extends over a length of 8 metres at the front…
