The property certificate and your title deeds will contain a very detailed description of your property and the whole building.  Restrictions will be put in place to guarantee the uniform appearance of the complex.  While you are absent, the management company will be entitled to take all decisions to guarantee the proper use and value of your property.

Furniture is drawn to scale on our plans. More importantly, the stated surface area of each property includes only the interior build areas, excluding the terrace or any communal areas. This point can make a significant difference when comparing properties, as a square metre is not the same everywhere you go!

The Contracts

The first step of your purchase involves signing a private sale contract and management contract. The contract of sale meets all legal requirements and includes all necessary details, such as exact description of the property, its location and price etc. Through the management contract the owners appoint Rent2ndTenerife S.L . as the company responsible for managing the lettings. At the second step, when the building is completed, the title deeds are signed in front of the notary and inscribed with your name into the land register.
